Smart Plug

I do wish to be an inventor one day so I took a stab at making something I thought of eons back... In 3D. I have no way of making this in real life. Well, I could probably make it honestly if I had the money but meh.

I think I may make a series of "smarter" everyday objects.
Oh yeah, I just put it on an archaic website design of sorts because it sitting in space did not look right.
If this plug existed it would be super safe, and could be used around the world. To provide any voltage you could want. The issue is you would have to rework every wall outlet and no one would want to do that. No matter how safe and convenient they may be.
